About Traci Frazier
Traci is a long-time Grant County resident with over 10 years of real estate experience, dedicated to guiding clients through every step of the buying or selling process. She’s deeply involved in her community and loves spending time with family, gardening, raising chickens, and sharing homemade treats with others.
I have lived in Grant County for over 50 years, and while I enjoy traveling to new places, I always love coming home because Grant County is truly where I feel I belong. I have spent the past 10 years representing buyers and sellers in my real estate career, and I have thoroughly enjoyed guiding each client through their journey while getting to know many wonderful people, many of whom I now consider friends. I enjoy attending local events such as the Chamber of Commerce’s Grape & Grain Festival, the Carrie Young Memorial Foundation events, and our local Fair and Rodeo, which have featured many well-known artists in recent years. I also support local FFA and 4-H organizations.
Raising my three children has been a joy, and now that they’re grown, I enjoy spending my spare time with my husband, gardening, raising chickens, and baking delicious treats for my loved ones. I also love meeting new people and look forward to connecting with many more.
Give me a call, and let me help you with your real estate needs! I would love to discuss creating a CMA to provide you with the current value of your property or to talk about your purchasing power for a new property.
